SUMMER CAMPS 2008 CAMPS BEGIN JUNE 2 CAMPS WILL RUN ON A WEEK-TO-WEEK BASIS MONDAY THRU THURSDAY LEVELS OFFERED JUNIOR ACADEMY Intermediate to Advanced juniors aged 10 years & up. Pro approval required. Each week camp hours are 9.00am-12.00pm. Camps include drills, stroke production, matchplay and fitness. There will be a try-out each Monday at 8.30-8.45am for any players needing assessment. Cost: STC Members $150.68/week or $43.05/day. Non-members $172.20/week or $48.43/day. FUTURE CHAMPS Beginner to Intermediate players aged 8 and up. These young athletes need development on all strokes and emphasis is placed on getting the junior ready for matchplay. Each week camp hours are 1.00-3.00pm. Cost: STC Members $107.63/week or $32.29/day. Non-members $129.15/week or $37.67/day. BIG STARS Beginner juniors aged 4 to 7 years. Minimum of 6 required. Emphasis on having fun and learning the strokes. Each week camp hours are 4.30-5.30pm. Cost: STC Members $53.81/week or $16.14/day. Non-members $64.58/week or $21.53/day. Enrollment will be on a first signed-up basis. Preference will be given to weekly campers. Day campers will be placed on a wait-list and notified 48 hours in advance. * There are NO make-up lessons. The camp will run regardless of weather conditions. * Campers should bring hats, sunscreen, tennis shoes, tennis racquet and wear comfortable clothing. * All camps include T-shirt*, snacks and drinks. * Only one T-shirt per child/summer, weekly campers only. * A DEPOSIT of $25.00 per child per camp is required to reserve a space. Please enclose deposit with registration form and mail to: Shellaberger Tennis Center, 1600 St. Michael’s Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87505. * All campers should be dropped off AND picked up at the Shellaberger Tennis Center foyer. Please arrive 15 MINUTES early on the first day of camp for enrollment. Children must be picked up IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of camp each day. * The staff of the Shellaberger Tennis Center reserve the right to refuse or dismiss campers. * The College of Santa Fe and Shellaberger Tennis Center are not liable for injuries sustained during the summer tennis camps.
