Junior Summer Camps 

Our 2010 junior summer camps run June 7 to August 6.  Two different formats are offered--one for players ages 10-18, and the other for those ages 5-10.  Camps run four days, Monday through Thursday, each week.  Warren Fulgenzi and Rocky Royer, both formerly world-ranked on the pro tour, will lead and instruct the programs.

Tennis Camp for Ages 10-18

Meets Monday-Thursday, 1:00-4:00.  Focuses on developing and establishing the fundamentals of good stroke production, the fun of the game and sportsman-like play.  Players learn about fairness, hardwork, discipline, error-management, peak performance and more.  A balance of drills and game situations keeps the learning process interesting and productive.  Cost: $200 a week for club members, $220 for non-members.

Tennis Day Camp for Ages 5-10

Meets Monday-Thursday, 1:00-4:00.  Kids engage in three activities a day: a group tennis lesson, an arts and crafts class, and a games session, which promotes the connection between body and mind, sports and intellect.  A healthy snack is provided each day.  The goal is to provide a smart, interesting balance of physical and creative stimulation.  Cost: $180 a week for club members, $200 for non-members.

  • Session 3: July 12 - July 16
  • Session 4: July 26 - July 30

All levels of juniors are accommodated at Santa Fe Tennis Academy at Shellaberger Tennis Center.  The junior program is guaranteed to be fun for all ages.  Our future champions begin at age four.  We have lessons year-round, summer camps, and intensive week-long camps during school holidays.  Programs are open to the public.
